I asked the same. Then turned 54 and periods stopped -5 months now. Prior, they were still monthly. For my sister, it was 56.

Loving no periods, no cramps, no bloating.!

It's a bit older than the average, which I think is 50, but it seems to be normal for you. As with everything, there is a range of ages.
