DD also did it and kept her in shape over the summer. No new skills though, but different perspective from different coaches.

We've done it in the past, and it was a good camp focused more on fitness than technical soccer. There has been a ton of turnover at ATD this past year, however, so you should check into staffing and credentials

Any reviews of ATD HS Prep camp? My DD is looking to keep playing over the summer.
