They just turned off the livestream to go to the local news, but I think it's coming back after this news segment.

This guy was suspected of armed stalking. The police tried to pull him over, but it led to a chase. And now there's a stand-off on 1-91 in Anaheim, CA. He is armed and he's been sitting in the car for over an hour now. When they show the full shot there are tons of swat cars and police, and the traffic backup is insane. I'm sure everyone was trying to get out of town for the holiday weekend.
