I second this. Gold's in Ballston has spin. Clarendon only has mat-based classes anymore.

Try a gym like OneLife. You should be able to trial a class for free to see if it's what you're looking for.

I tried SoulCycle today and was disappointed at the amount of time spent on arm exercises that are useless to me (and likely risk back injury for my body, with all that bobbing around while clipped into a bike). What I really want is the kind of spin class I did for years pre-Covid: good 45-60 min of intervals, sprints, varying resistance, etc. I do my own arm workout in the weight room with heavier weights. What I need is good cardio beyond what I’m likely to do on my own in the gym…with good form (there was some weird positioning going on at SoulCycle). Any ideas where I can find this in Arlington? Cyclebar website mentioned arm workouts too (what is going on with this?)
