Then it wouldn't work. Midway through junior year she will be 18. She could be driving her freshman year. And if she is already in the system then they will know she should be going into 10th grade. I

Especially if her private was rigorous, even if she had trouble she could end up being bored repeating the entire year. Bored high schoolers get into trouble. High school schedules are often flexible enough that if she needs to repeat certain classes she can.
