I tend to find lots in little free libraries, the actual library (sales or borrowing) and from my Buy Nothing group.

Third vote for McKay’s. It’s awesome.

McKays used books in Manassas. It’s huge, pretty organized, and they have an easy process for trading in books for a decent amount of store credit or a smaller amount of cash.

Second Story Books has locations in Rockville and Dupont Circle. I've been to the Rockville location. It was big and had lots of good stuff.

There is also Friends of the Library. I think in Arlington they are in every public library branch. In Montgomery County there is one at the Wheaton Library location and a location in Rockville, both large stores.

Thank you!

Preferably NOVA

Barnes and Noble in Tysons just closed for the next 6-7 months. I can’t believe I missed out on the 20% off sale

Looking for good old used books. Any category and any age
