I use them also. I mix into about 20 ounces of water with lemon juice and drink them during my actual work out. For the last couple of days I've not had them and I'm much more sore than I typically am.

I used to use Xtend original, so this thread brought the nostalgia. It's been a while, and now they have "sport" and "elite" formulations.
Any feedback as to what, if anything, the advantage/disadvantage would be? Or should I just stick to the tried-and-true OG formula?

Does anyone take BCAA powder after a hard workout? I just bought a tub and am wondering if people experience a difference with muscle recovery and any other benefits.
