Probably hormones, the exercise you mentioned (good supportive sports bra) or caffeine. But see your dr and or move up your mammogram to be sure.
When I went in for similar, determined it was caffeine consumption!

It is random location.. not constant. I feel a bit if "bruised" feeling when I press on skin against my chest well above breasts, sometimes I feel tingling on sides, sometimes under arm, but it is relatively brief ( a few seconds).. I also am sore on my upper back muscles.. when I was doing bench press, I felt I was overloading a bit...

How long have you been feeling it and is this constant and same area?

I have been feeling some tingling/soreness/sensitivity in both breasts the past 4-5 days. I self examed, everything feels normal, soft. The sensation is come and go, not the same spot ( could be left side, could e inside, could be right side, on top of either breast), sort of generally in the chest area.

I do exercise and did chest presses few days ago. Could sore muscles in chest cause sensations in what feels like breast tissue or surface?
