I don't think so because they keep building high density housing (including family sized affordable housing). Numbers may decline as the birth rates decline, but I don't think enrollment will go off a cliff. I would love to hear from someone who is more knowledgeable about these things though. My opinion may be overly simplistic.

#15 is more than half a class who would have to decline. That seems unlikely to happen before the start of school, but possible if a spot opens during the year and parents ahead of you on the list don't want to move their kid during the school year.
