When I have time, I follow the video exactly including pre-brining, then sear a couple minutes in my cast iron, then finish in oven and cut to strips.

Excellent leftovers for another meal or over salad, etc.

I cannot find it now or remember the proper name, so maybe someone can help - but basically you make an asian dumpling filling, and make a smash burger style dealie with it and maybe a wonton wrapper on top? You can make them into little tacos or eat them open faced. I've seen it so many times and now I cant find it grrr

I literally just watched something like this, let me see if I can find it!

OK found it! I thought it looked delicious and had sent to my DH...

Hm. for a single serving I don't think I'd bother with the tortilla. Just make the egg/cottage cheese veg into a frittata like thing for me to eat.

For the family I really like the bisquick as a quiche shortcut. You mix it with the egss and other ingredients so no separate crust.

A lot of the vile sounding recipes he finds turn out to be edible.

This one doesn't surprise me. Mayonnaise is basically just eggs, oil, some acid like lemon, and salt, all ingredients that would be commonly found in a cake.

I've been dying to try the one-pot french onion pasta that was on TikTok a while back - has anyone tried it? https://carolbeecooks.com/tiktok-viral-one-pot-french-onion-pasta/

We also make the tiktok pasta, but add mushrooms, spinach and red bell peppers.

Hot cheetos chicken was a hit with my teens.

I love the tomato feta pasta. We call it ‘tik tok pasta’ and make it often with fresh cherry tomatoes! I’m not sure if was viral but I discovered gochujang butter noodles on insta and they are delicious.

That tomato/feta pasta was the big one. I don’t necessarily do it that way, but I pair those items in pasta sauce a lot.

I also like the one that they call something like Mississippi Pot Roast - Chuck roast in a slow cooker with ranch seasoning (or French onion dip seasoning, or I like the chimichurri spice blend from Whole Foods - doesn’t have all the extra salt and sugar) plus a jar of pepperoncini with the liquid and a stick of butter.

Wondering if any of you have adopted any viral recipes from the social media world...

We did the roasted feta/cherry tomato pasta and adopted it as an easy recipe

I've also made pureed banana iced coffee which is pretty yum

What else?
