You’re probably right. I am trying to get the lowest possible effective dose and thought perhaps someone got relief from symptoms from the creams that are not technically “HRT” (but are still hormones).

I use one prescribed by my gyn to alleviate menopausal painful sex. It is a topical that combines low doses of estrogen, testosterone and dhea.

Has anyone used these? Some are supposed to be applied in your vagina and other rubbed into inner thighs or abdomen or forearms. Some are estrogen only, other progesterone only and there are combined ones too.
I see now there’s also a trend to put them on the face for collagen stimulation.

Any experiences? What do you take them for and do they work?
