Don’t hire fly-by-night realtors. Problem solved.

If they over-rely on social media marketing, that’s a sign of a temporary realtor. You should only hire the ones good enough to build a career in the business from their actual sales. Not YouTube or social media.

I had TWO experiences with real estate agents sharing confidential information, I was shocked! (1) when we sold our home we received every offer and EVERY person’s bank information, account holdings, etc. Maybe that’s the norm, but I could have sent it to anyone! (2) the realtor who represented us when we bought our home mistakenly emailed me 2-3 years later with an offer also filled with personal id information, banking/asset info. She meant to send it to someone else! It was such a violation of that person’s privacy.

Never trust realtors with your info.

Are you sure it was a loan doc with confidential information. I used to work at a title company and we would stage those photos with real but innocuous documents.

I'm sick of realtors coming on this forum to try to gaslight us. They have the dumbest arguments to support why they must continue to violate the law.

One wonders about the intelligence level of someone who follows a Facebook posting for 10 years showing a photo of an EMD check, bank account and all.

I mean I'm not exactly sure about the intelligence involved in declaring all realtors "stupid" because of your experience with a whopping 2.
