That's not a disability. That's stupidity. And they should be rejected from all applications (job, housing, etc) for being inept (by choice) to handle basic life skills.
There was no 4 year shut down! After a year, nearly everyone was vaccinated. At some point, people CHOSE to stunt themselves and their own family.
