Alaska, inside passage trip on one of the cruise ships, followed by an inland tour (Anchorage, Seward, Talkeetna, Denali). Give them an opportunity to see the glaciers before they are gone

Equador. Half the time in the Galapagos Islands, half in the rain forest

New Zealand. Do North and South Island, so much to do in both, a month is perfect

I think this trip works if you have a home base (say somewhere in central Europe) and then you take side trips from there.
We did 3 weeks in Australia and it was a long time. That is a great place to go for 3-4 weeks. 2 weeks in and I was ready to go home.
If 4 weeks, you could do Australia and New Zealand. I get it is winter, but still a good trip.

This is what I was going to say. My teens would prefer two shorter vacations more spread out to two different types of locals, like Europe for one and beach for another.

If you are going to tanzania/east africa, no need to check out another beach destination. Zanzibar is right there!

I would:
Fly to Dubai and stay a few days
Then fly to the Maldives (4 hours) for a week (especially if your daughters love beaches, snorkeling, marine life, etc.)
Then fly to East Africa (Kenya/Tanzania) for a safari. Then back to the US.

You might have to fly back to Dubai to get from the Maldives to your safari.

Thailand/Indonesia/Malaysia

I would do this, probably rent a house/apartment in one area for a week or two as a base for exploration and then move to a different location as a new base. My family likes to settle in rather than bouncing around a lot.

Planning for June 2026 so I can start saving for a budget of about $10-$15k per person. Single mom and daughters will be 15 and 13.

Was thinking Moroccan tour for 10-12 days and African safari.

Looking for other ideas. What would you do for a vacation with this budget and timeframe?
