I don't think there's such a thing, but Chevy Chase Pulmonary Associates is pretty good. We've been able to get appointments within reasonable times, and the docs are all excellent. That doesn't mean there aren't frustrations, especially with office staff, but I think they're as good as you'll get.

I hear they're about to be absorbed into the Hopkins behemoth, which can't be a plus.

Do specialists go concierge? I do feel your pain—I waited 6 months to see my pulmonologist (Medstar Georgetown), even with a pretty serious problem.

Does anyone have any recs for a concierge pulmonologist? It's been very hard to get quick appointments/good care for my senior mother
