Nurture the Wow by Danya Ruttenberg is a good book about the spirituality and awe that can be found in mundane parenting tasks.

It's not quite what you are asking for, but check out the Finlay Donavan books. They are hilarious and about being a single mom/confused with a hitman. It's a fun perspective on parenting. It is not an advice book, however.

Husband and I are finally taking a vacation and looking for a vacation book. I have two littles and would love a book about being a mom, regaining my confidence at work and home, etc. Any recs?
