Honestly Ozempic worked for me. My BMI was significantly higher and I'm not saying that's the best choice for you, but it made a big difference in my bloodwork.
Thank you. I am not great about protein. I do eat beans, tofu, nuts, lentils regularly, but find it confusing to know what amount to aim for daily.
That’s great that Ozempic worked for you! I could only afford it if insurance would cover, but I don’t think I’d be eligible at my weight.
