The orange trumpet vine and its trumpeters are aggressive, invasive, and abusive species that have to be removed from our path to a clear landscape.

I’ve seen them choke out and take over other native plants. I would pull.

They don’t hurt the trees they’re growing into. If they’re not causing problems I’d leave well enough alone.

They are native but aggressive. I prefer cross vine.

These have sprung up along my fence and in the past I've cut them back, but they are impossible to dig out and your right they are somewhat aggressive . There are no re every year. I think this year I'll just enjoy them and maybe get a trellis. They are pretty and I believe native.

There are trumpet vines in the county owned land adjacent to my yard. We also had them on the fence rows on my family farm. I've never had an issue with them being aggressive. I get far more Chinese wisteria sprouting everywhere.

Supposedly good for hummingbirds but grows like mad into canopies and makes seed pods in Fall. Anyone?
