I like Down Dog yoga app. Lots of variations and boosts depending on your interest and level. No 2 practices have to be the same, good instructions and the ability to slow down transitions if you struggle with that. When I first started to us it it was free (Covid) I used it daily and when I had to pony up to pay - I did - but many people feel like its a steep price at $60 per year. Its less then a year of classes and since I travel a lot I like using it as I know what to expect.

I am on vacation and need to exercise. I do not typically do yoga, but I think that would be a great way to get a full body workout from home. Does anybody have a recommendation for an app I can download? I have an iPad that I can use.
