Img and Nike have a lot of good summer running camps.

Ask your high school coach or at a local
Running store.

Northern VA has plenty of elite performers in XC and track- especially on the girls side.

NP - I'm not in the DCUM region, in the midwest, and relatively new to the XC world with a 11 year old who got into this year and loves it. Why isn't it good in that region? Why is NY/NJ better? Where are the "good" regions? I see this as DS' sport so I am trying to learn what I can. He's not old enough for any camps that I have found, but I know he will want to do them when he can.

There is a camp in WV in July that our high school likes.
