Who is OP? And why are they calling it a City Council vote?? I feel like an actual Ward 4 resident would not use that term.

Anyway, I am a Ward 4 resident who really likes JLG and both adults in my home will be voting for her.

My family is providing four votes for Janesse Lewis George. We have been very happy with her performance. Her staff has been on top of constituent services and very responsive. Apparently the Federal City Council doesn't like her. That is probably because she doesn't immediately acquiesce to developers. If I had had any doubt about JLG, the FCC opposition would have removed them.

No election is “all important” in DC.

You’re just going to elect the same dullards anyway.

No one on the city council fought harder to keep schools closed, even after they had long been opened in every other place in America than JLG. Fortunately she lost that battle.

Janeese is the absolute worst!

There was a bear in Brookland today, a BEAR. This is all JLG's fault! Even though that isn't her Ward, I don't care. If JLG weren't here, the bear would have stayed away!

No wonder you are voting for her.

Then she should lock up the Brookland Hunting Club vote.

Yes: it was progressive ideas vs. even more radical progressive ideas.

Hint: whichever progressive wins, things will only get much worse in D.C.
