Get more sleep, if possible get more exercise, set a small amount of time to work (like 10 mins) when you get a reward that won’t suck you in you your phone / distractions (like relaxing stretching or a bit of chocolate or…)
I don’t always manage my ADHD well but these things all help. Getting started is hard but important because those of us with ADHd can hit that hyper focus sometimes but we can’t if we don’t start!
