Anybody can download the ecnl app and check on all league results for both NL and RL. Yes the bigger clubs’ RL tend to be a lot better than the smaller clubs RL teams.

I wouldn't say there's necessarily a big difference based on the size of the club although the bigger clubs are the ones who have an ECNL team and on those cases, their RL teams may have a couple of "dual roster" or "discovery" players who play on the RL team but get some opportunities to train with the ECNL team. also asking do the ECNL-R teams around here travel to the tournaments in SC/AZ/TN etc or is that something that clubs not on the East Coast tend to do?

I see all the big ECNL clubs have ECNL R as their second team. Is there a quality difference between these 2nd teams and clubs that don't have regular ECNL but are a part of the ECNLR program? What about clubs where ECNLR is the only team at that age and gender? Will they still have to travel to NC and/or NJ to play?
