At this point nobody is excluded, but also nobody is included, because the braintrust can’t figure out which classes and teachers are going where.

Maybe they hope all the teachers either leaving the profession or moving to APS will make their decisions easier?

Yes, the pool I will be to the public (I understand it has a separate entrance from the main school building). There will be fields for sports when the old building is razed. Makes sense to have a playground for public use too. Glad these new amenities will be available for all Alexandria’s to use and enjoy!

I'm glad all the alexandria kids, the dc kids and the maryland kids all get to enjoy it.

I don’t know ACPS, but many school districts have programs for teens with kids and also child development classes. Those specialized programs would require a playground for toddlers.
