I would get sushi at least a couple days.
I might do yogurt, fruit and granola another day.
The chicken curry salad someone mentioned sounds like a good pick, maybe with an apple.
I think they might also have quiche and that’s decent cold.
I would be aiming for fresh bread, cheese, deli meat or prepared meats, yogurt, whatever fresh fruit and vegetables you can eat (maybe precut, grapes are no prep, bananas).
Croissants; bagels; yogurt; cottage cheese; fruit like bananas and pre-cut types
Gazpacho; cold cuts like ham and chicken; prepared chicken salad, tuna salad, egg salad; they will have containers of pre-made salads and pasta salads as well
The deli section usually has some selection like grilled chicken, prepared vegetables, as well
Thy sell rotisserie chickens and sushi but don't think you want to carry those around for hours.
I'm traveling for a week long work meeting next week that's basically not close to anything for lunches, but is near a Whole Foods. Looking for ideas for what I can pick up for breakfast/lunches when i get in. I'm a fed so we WILL be taking lunch and it will NOT be long or luxurious to drive to nice restaurants.
Criteria: Must be hotel-friendly (no prep; can be packed and eaten cold). Must work for someone with braces (nothing too chewy like granola/protein bars; not super crunchy like raw apples, carrots, or nuts; salad is possible but awkward in a work setting).
Am I basically looking for premade sandwiches and soft fruits? Are there any good WF-specific products or prepped foods I should be looking for? Thanks!
