No it’s basically that. Don’t do it it. Any “coaching” seems AI generated. I’ve been sick for a week and didn’t log in at all. When I finally did, it congratulated me for a “strong week” and I earned a “chest day” for it. It the. Gave me weekly analysis of logging no meals and said “great job.”

What is Noom ? (I'll Google it. Any side effects for you ?)

Guess I fell for it. Noom is a subscription based weight loss plan. $70 a month or $209 per year.

Even though I now realize that this thread is really a Noom ad, I think that such a service could help many.

Down 63#. 40 more to go. No ozempic. No surgery.

That's awesome, OP! However-had there been ozempic, it would still be awesome.

Congrats OP! How long has it taken?

What do you find helpful with Noom? I’ve been trying it since January and have been disappointed. Especially when I got sick for a week, didn’t record anything, came back and it told me what a “strong week” I’d had.

Congratulations to you all! I rather easily lost about 50 pounds the year I was 58. That was 2009.
20 crept on with sloth, menopause, compulsive eating, stopping hormones due to cancer.
3 down. It's tough now. Wish I had tried harder not to gain 2017-2023.

Great work OP! I have recommended Noom here multiple times. It helped me lose 40 pounds which I’ve kept off for a few years.
