Has it changed, or is my experience/description pretty accurate to others (with regard to the coaching / small group interactions)?
No it’s basically that. Don’t do it it. Any “coaching” seems AI generated. I’ve been sick for a week and didn’t log in at all. When I finally did, it congratulated me for a “strong week” and I earned a “chest day” for it. It the. Gave me weekly analysis of logging no meals and said “great job.”
