Thank you! There's a CVS here so I can look for a neck brace there.
To others, yeah, I looked up neck exercises and did those but they didn't help.
After a night of sleep and a hot shower, it's a lot better, thank goodness!! Today, I woke up and tried different stretches and some yoga poses to bring blood into my neck, and those helped a lot.
Sometimes, it seems like blood is not going into my neck. I read that can be due to Dysautonomia:
