I'm 54, my blood pressure is usually around 96-98/56-62, so the pulse pressure would usually be around 34-42.

Looks like around 40 is considered healthy. Too wide a pulse pressure can indicate problems with hyperthyroidism, aortic regurgitation stiffening of arteries, aortic sclerosis, or other compliance issues. Too low can be correlated with congestive heart failure, aortic stenosis, or other causes of low stroke volume.

Mine is in the low 30s.
I am 57. Why does this matter?

I'm wondering how old you are and what is your pulse pressure. I'm 47 and it's about 30. What is yours?
