I'm 54, my blood pressure is usually around 96-98/56-62, so the pulse pressure would usually be around 34-42.
Looks like around 40 is considered healthy. Too wide a pulse pressure can indicate problems with hyperthyroidism, aortic regurgitation stiffening of arteries, aortic sclerosis, or other compliance issues. Too low can be correlated with congestive heart failure, aortic stenosis, or other causes of low stroke volume.
