ECNL-RL is just the rebranding of the VPL, right? Why would anyone be impressed with a club to club format that's been the norm for 10+ years with VPL and CCL?


Because lots of clubs would like to be in it, such as VRSC, NVU, etc.

ECNL-RL is just the rebranding of the VPL, right? Why would anyone be impressed with a club to club format that's been the norm for 10+ years with VPL and CCL?

Not sure what's low IQ about saying a club that basically exists to feed SYC and Alexandria while running off staff and coaches on a yearly basis doesn't really seem to serve a need. Low pay, bad facilities, behind the times, bad boss.

Last year, LMVSC had generic offers that were non-team specific...we didn't think that was a great setup and stuck with our current club. One parent said you had attend their summer camps to get put on the red team or be a returning player.

Wonder if they will send out generic officers again or if they've improved the process this year.

Anyone receive an offer for younger age groups (U11)? Just wondering if they wait until the last tryout, which is late.
