Spaghetti with homemade meatballs

Husband--Salmon burgers
DS18--sheet pan chicken fajitas and vegetables
DD16--salmon rice bowls with a a Korean sauce
Me: red curry with shrimp or cheeseburgers that I've grilled

Kebabs with grilled Halloumi and soft pita

My household loves egg roll in a bowl, fajita/burrito bowls and red beans and rice (anything involving beans, really).

Taco night or make your own pizzas

Everyone is always excited for rice, salmon and a vegetable of some sort.

Grilled chicken thighs, roasted potatoes and a vegetable

Fajitas

Steak on the grill, baked potato (for adults, tweens like mashed), and whatever vegetable we have in the house

Meatloaf and mashed potatoes. With a side of green beans and peanut butter pie for dessert.

Baked ziti, salad and garlic bread

Pasta salad and hamburgers.

Hot dog and baked bean casserole!
