Yes, I have some friends like this. It is not my preference, but they have other awesome qualities that I love, so I’m not going to ask them to change. Up to you if you are ok with it or want to mutually agree on what is posted - that’s fair.

Gross. I know women who did this with relationship but they were younger (late 20s/early 30s) and it was a decade ago. It comes off as extremely insecure to me, especially in someone older. You should not need other people to see your relationship in order to feel good about it.
