OP here. Yes, this - not allowing someone to enjoy their day, or their victory, or similar.


ie: even and especially if it has nothing to do with them. Similar to jealousy, but amped up to outrageous proportions, and definitely not trying to hide it. What makes them fixate on being miserable?

It could be anything from anxiety to sociopathy, OP. You can't really diagnose it unless you're a psychiatrist or psychologist.
