You can buy something called Chiggerex. It's benzocaine, I think it works better than cortisone. Even so, the welts that last a long time. Chiggers are awful.

black tea bag compresses. clay facial mask. depends on the size of the skin patch with bites and where. don't know about foods that help, but anything with vitamins a and e is good for the skin in general.

What have you found works best for chigger bites? Usually cortisone not working. Any foods for kids to eat that help?
