Subject: Difference between State cups
Is there some other difference? For instance Loudon's 2012 top team is playing USYS, but Arlington is VPSL.
The Valor 2011 RL team that's leading their ENCL RL standings is USYS but all the other RL teams are in VPSL.

Insurance. Club soccer for VPSL and Youth soccer for USYS. so again it's ECNL vs the world!
