Thats a sign of insecurity and panic. They hired new coaches to win games not develop players. Wouldnt be surprised if Arlington starts to decline from this point on. Beginning of the end.
So Arlington hired veteran ECNL and MLS Next coaches from surrounding clubs for their 2nd and 3rd teams, and you view this as a sign of weakness how? I'd say it's the Varsity Coaches at Hampden-Sydney taking JV jobs at North Carolina. Says either alot about the allure of Arlington and their environment being worth a demotion or the toxicity of a place like SYC and the now extinct Virginia Union, which was supposedly connected with SYC - on paper at least.

Get with the program, HG. This is Arlington. Green polos, brown khaki shorts, brown flip flops, and brown sandals are what these parents are vibing with. The 59fifty stuff with the spare cigarette sitting atop your ear was supposed to end at 25, Coach.
