Not the prettiest packaging but the best tinted balms: Burt's Bees, and also Ilia. Tinted balm is all I wear and I've tried almost all of them.

My favorite is the Shimmer shade of MDSolarScience's Hydrating Sheer Lip Balm SPF 30. It is not "shimmery" or glittery, it just gives a very natural rosy tint to my lips and keeps them nice and moist. I love it. And I think the tube is very simple and elegant.
