Seed oil is in far more than fried foods. It’s use it in dairy to fortify it after pasteurization, it’s the source of fat in all plant-based milks and infant formulas, most store bought breads, processed foods, most packaged snacks/candy/foods, supplements, etc. It’s pretty hard to escape unless you only eat meat that you cook at home and produce you prepare for yourself. I avoid seed oils when I can but it’s much harder than just avoiding fried foods.
