Teachers send them. I print and give them out by hand to students to help them see what they are missing and how they are doing in class. Asking them to just check their grades doesn’t always work.

I just got a progress report emailed to me from ParentVue. It's for Alg II so a specific class. Is this a new feature of ParentVue?
