Yes, it really matters how you spend the majority of your time, not how you spend 2-3 hours a week. Working out hard for 30 minutes, 4X a week will do nothing if you don't move and eat too much terrible food the rest of the time. It's unfortunate that some folks cannot see where working out falls within the big picture of how they spend their time.
Right, if you are sitting the rest of the week then it's not enough. You need to be moving all day, every day. 1-2 hours walking is better than 30 minutes doing yoga.
