Bike tour. Especially one that crosses Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges.

Walk on the high line / down to battery park city, take the Staten Island ferry (free!) to see the Statue of Liberty and then take it back to Manhattan, walk over the Brooklyn bridge. Walk all day!

New York Stock Exchange tour, the National Museum of the American Indian and the World Trade Center, with lunch in the restaurant at the top of One World Trade Center.

OP here: wanted to do this but we’re going on a Monday and they all seem to be closed on Mondays.
