We are going to be redoing ours and trying to think of what scenarios/situations we need to consider for this? I don't know how end of life will play out, obv.

Short of a DNR in the worst case scenario, neither of us would want to prolong life past when we are no longer able to be happy and active participants in life. If we know we are headed to the end, we'd like to get their quickly and painlessly.

What sort of things are in your advanced care directive? What questions should we be asking?
