Check Nordstrom Rack. This spring they had plenty of well priced suits. You can also go to the outlet Brooks Brothers for nice slacks and jackets at a more reasonable price than the regular store. (I think the clothes are made specifically for the outlet but we found them to be good quality.)

For business casual all the guys wear lululemon pants. It’s a completely different look than even 6 years ago.
