OGC is a great place to work. Still lots of telework and generally a good work life balance. Bonuses are not large and very few people get parking afaik.

I'm an EPA attorney. It is a very good place to work and I think the attorneys in the GC's Office and Enforcement are happy. The GC's Office in particular is a tight-knit group. Generally, attorneys are very busy, especially those covering the more politically-impacted statutes. The politics definitely impact job satisfaction; again, especially for those working on certain statutes.

Thanks for your reply. Any EPA attorneys out there willing to chime in?

The EPA attorneys I have worked with generally seem happy. Can’t comment on bonuses, perks, etc as I have never personally worked there. It’s important and meaningful work, so apart from the bureaucracy and maybe some political headwinds in certain administrations, I’m not sure what’s not to like.

I know the EPA is a large agency but I'm wondering how attorneys enjoy working there. Also, what are bonuses like, work life balance, managing styles, hybrid telework, any other perks such as free parking? Thanks in advance.
