It is always something to celebrate when someone goes from morbidly obese to obese, obese to overweight, overweight to normal, and underweight to normal. I am so happy for you!
I hadn’t weighed myself in a while when I started and decided to get a new scale and weigh myself everyday. The scale has an app that averages your weekly rate. And has some nice charts. I was shocked to see 15 mo this ago what my bmi was 34.5 which was almost out of the mildly obese range.
It was such a shock that it really motivated me to do something. Is so hard to get active once you are obese. As I have lost weight it is so much easier to move. And it hs been helpful my DH who is not obese was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes so as a family we are eating much better.
