Why is this in diet and exercise?

I’m putting together a care package for my long distance BF who is struggling a bit with his mental and physical health (he hasn’t been eating, sleeping, or exercising well due to some anxiety and depression). He’s starting therapy this week, but please help me with ideas for items that may encourage and support him, thank you!
