Does the form literally ask what she did in elementary school? Or is it more general like "in the last several years?"
At least at my kid's school, the leadership doesn't have to be something that involves a huge community-it can even be leadership within your household. Was she ever the one in charge of making sure the pets got fed and notified you when you were running low on pet food or other supplies?

I'll ask about helping the teacher...she's not in girl scouts and we don't go to church regularly to have a leadership role there.

but it's asking for leadership positions that she's held in elementary school.
She's taken a lot of activities outside of school and does well in school.
What are some examples for a 4th grader where they are in leadership positions?
