I've seen ciabatta in rolls, not focaccia (try Trader Joe's, or maybe Giant). Wegmans has some nice focaccia, but I don't think rolls.

I’ve never purchase good focaccia. Too thin or too oily or not enough flavor. I have also never had rolls. It’s always an oval, thin loaf.

So, I made it. This recipe is soooo easy. It does take time but it’s not hard. It is sooooo delicious. I’ve used assorted Italian meats with mozzarella and arugula. Sooo yummy!

Focaccia is a thicker flat bread. I have never had a focaccia role. I haven't ever seen them sold sandwich size. I am confused why you wouldn't just buy 5 or so and just cut squares. I would recommend prosciutto, mozzarella, fresh tomatos, and different pestos/tapenades.

I’m having 20 friends and family over and want to make sandwiches with fresh focaccia, rolls I think. I need individual sandwich size. Not wanting to cut a big loaf. Located near in Arlington. Thank you!
