My son was hit from behind by an aggressive driver who lied and told the responding police officer that he was "break checked" by my son.
We have photo evidence, witnesses, etc. that easily disputes that.
The idiot police officer who did not witness the accident cited my son and the other driver with reckless driving. Both charges were dropped by the court.
For the other driver's court date, the prosecutor did not use our evidence or even have the decency to return our calls where we were offering to testify. The accident was in Front Royal, Warren County.

Now our insurance company is trying to find both drivers at fault despite our evidence.
I see this as a cash grab by the insurance company who will benefit by raising rates on both driver's policies.

My question is what are the car insurance companies you'd recommend with reasonable rates and why you'd recommend them?
We will be dropping our current insurance company based on principle alone.
Has anyone every had something like this happen to them?
