You guys, maybe ginseng and yoga help your skin, but they are in no way replacements for what Botox can do. Let's be real here.

Among red ginseng benefits for skin we can find that red ginseng is packed with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, making it a powerhouse ingredient in skincare. It helps to reduce inflammation, fight against free radicals, and boost collagen production – all of which lead to healthier, more youthful skin.

For real? I looked it up on Costco and am skeptical. It’s in pouches?

Genuine question…does yoga help your skin? I walk a lot but never got into the yoga habit. But I’ll try anything 😂

IME Botox makes me look less tired and when it totally wears off I feel like I look bad. I think that’s what pp was talking about.

I sure hope she wasn’t doing Botox with an esthetician !!!

Ladies ( and gentlemen) , please only go to a dermatologist, a plastic surgeon, or an experienced nurse or PA who is DIRECTLY supervised by a dermatologist or plastic surgeon. It’s scary to see how many nurses have taken a weekend class in injecting Botox and fillers and have some pediatrician or internist as a medical director now claim to be nurse injectors.

Would you mind sharing the name of your dermatologist?

Are you talking about fillers or Botox? I can't see someone getting massive bruising from Botox...

+1

Find a better injector.

I’ve been doing Botox for 5 years and have decided to give it up. It’s been looking good, but the last time I went my injector had a bad day and messed my face up. I had a black eye for a week and 4 months later have a syringe shaped scar on my forehead. I’ve decided I’m over it.

If any of you stopped using Botox, where there any products you added to your routine to aid in your transition?
