This guy is a clown. But Wes Moore funded his crap to the tune of $15 million and the legislature made it illegal to arrest kids at school. So unfortunately he’s kind of won.

This was pretty shameless PR clearly meant to rehabilitate Schiraldi's image and standing in MD, which is in tatters. I guess since the media wouldn't pick this up, Sen. Kagan felt obligated to help ol' Vinny boy out.
